Low-dropout linear regulator is a kind of linear DC voltage regulator, which is used to provide a stable DC voltage power supply. Compared with the general linear DC voltage regulator, a low-dropout regulator can work under smaller output-input voltage differences. LDO is a miniature system on chip with low self-consumption. It can be used to control the main current channel.
MOSFETs with extremely low on-resistance, Schottky diodes, sampling resistors, and voltage divider resistors are integrated into the chip. It also has overcurrent protection, over-temperature protection, precision reference source, differential amplifier, delay device, etc. It usually has extremely low self-noise and a high power supply rejection ratio
